TimeOut @ UCLA provides respite for caregivers

Circa on May 3 covered TimeOut @ UCLA, an innovative, intergenerational program that gives volunteer college students an opportunity to interact with seniors suffering from mild cognitive impairment or Alzheimer’s while also providing patients’ regular caregivers much-needed respite time. Dr. Zaldy Tan, medical director of the UCLA Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Program, was interviewed.
