Yoga Asana Variations

Some individuals have physical limitations that do not allow them to perform the yoga poses in the "standard" forms. We used a specific set of variations to allow persons with limitations to perform the poses more comfortably and safely.

We list these variations here, organized by body regions (e.g., variations to accommodate limitations in neck movement, shoulder movement, etc.)
